Our team shows pride in efficiency and remaining on schedule. Each appointment scheduled will be a time reserved only for you. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please call (405) 939-4068 as soon as possible to avoid delays in continuing your treatment. We try to provide a text message reminder 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment in addition to the printed appointment reminder you receive at each visit. School/work notices are located at the bottom of each appointment reminder for your convenience.

Monday — Thursday:
8:00am — 5:00pm
(Closing for lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will file all necessary insurance claim forms and paperwork on your behalf. Payment will be made directly to the policyholder as required by your individual insurance company. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
